You will need to supply the following information so we can correctly log your claim:
- Your Full Contact Details – Name, address, contact number and email
- Product Type
- Product Model
- Date of Purchase
- Invoice Number
- Description of the issue or problem and when it occurred
- Photographs of the product (if possible)
